Research boundaries

Orvanthis provides software and market-research tools. It does not execute trades, custody assets, provide personalized financial advice, or predict returns. Signals and Opportunities are stages in a research workflow, not instructions, suitability findings, or promises of an outcome.

Sources, lineage, and freshness

Orvanthis preserves source references, data gaps, and provider/fetch timing distinctions when supported. Provider event time is not fetch time, latest quote is not a closed candle, and cached context is not a new observation. Missing timestamps remain unknown. Provider failure does not reconfirm a setup, and source coverage is not represented as complete.

AI limitations

AI-assisted generation can be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, or unsupported. Users should verify important output and avoid submitting highly sensitive information. AI output does not autonomously rewrite core ranking weights, detector thresholds, or automated-review rules.

Historical context

Historical context is deterministic, bounded, versioned, and sample-aware. Incomplete outcome windows remain incomplete, and insufficient comparable evidence has limited or no influence. Historical context supports research prioritization; it does not predict returns. Current evidence remains primary.

Privacy and security

Orvanthis uses account, research, usage, technical, security, and billing information to operate the service as described in the Privacy Policy. It uses reasonable technical and organizational safeguards. No system is perfectly secure, and Orvanthis does not claim SOC 2, ISO, or other third-party security certification.

Accessibility

Orvanthis targets WCAG 2.2 Level AA as an engineering standard. This is not certification or a claim of legal ADA compliance. Automated checks do not replace keyboard, screen-reader, zoom, reflow, contrast, forced-colors, and human usability review. Read the Accessibility page for goals and known limitations.
