Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Overview
This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains how subscriptions, cancellations, renewals, and refund requests are handled for Orvanthis. By purchasing or using a paid Orvanthis subscription, you agree to this policy.
2. Subscription billing
Orvanthis paid plans are subscription-based. When you start a paid plan, you authorize recurring charges for the selected plan and billing interval until you cancel.
Billing may occur monthly, yearly, or according to another interval shown at checkout. Prices, included features, and billing intervals are displayed before purchase.
3. Cancellations
You may cancel your subscription through the billing portal when available or through the support contact provided by Orvanthis. Cancellation stops future renewal charges.
Unless otherwise stated at the time of cancellation, your paid access may continue through the end of the billing period that has already been paid for.
4. Refunds
Subscription charges are generally non-refundable once a billing period begins, except where required by law or where Orvanthis determines, in its discretion, that a refund is appropriate.
Refund requests may be considered for duplicate charges, billing errors, accidental purchases reported promptly, or service access issues caused by Orvanthis that we are unable to resolve in a reasonable time.
Refund approval is not guaranteed. If approved, refunds are usually returned to the original payment method through our payment processor.
5. No refunds for market outcomes or business results
Orvanthis provides software, dashboards, market research tools, automation, and AI-assisted analysis. We do not guarantee investment performance, trading outcomes, business results, opportunity conversion, revenue, profit, or any specific decision outcome.
Refunds are not provided because market conditions changed, AI outputs did not match expectations, a user disagreed with a signal, a business decision did not work out, or a user did not use the service during the billing period.
6. Plan changes
If you upgrade, downgrade, or change billing intervals, the payment processor may apply prorations, credits, immediate charges, delayed charges, or renewal changes depending on the plan change and payment processor settings.
The exact amount charged or credited will be shown by the payment processor or billing portal when available.
7. Failed payments
If a payment fails, your account may remain active for a limited retry period, or access may be reduced, suspended, or cancelled. We may attempt to collect failed payments through our payment processor according to the processor’s retry settings.
8. Free trials, promotions, and discounts
If Orvanthis offers a free trial, promotion, coupon, or discounted plan, the specific terms shown at the time of the offer apply. Promotional pricing may end at renewal or after the promotional period unless otherwise stated.
9. How to request help
For cancellation or refund questions, contact us through the support contact listed on Orvanthis or through the contact method provided inside the application. Include the email address associated with your account and a brief explanation of the issue.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this Refund & Cancellation Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the effective date and may provide additional notice where appropriate.
