Agreement and eligibility
By using Orvanthis, you agree to these terms and confirm that you can form a binding agreement. If you use the service for an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind it.
Research software—not advice
Orvanthis provides software and market-research tools. It does not provide personalized investment, legal, accounting, or tax advice and is not a brokerage or registered investment adviser.
Accounts
You are responsible for accurate registration information, safeguarding credentials, activity under your account, and promptly reporting suspected unauthorized use. Accounts may not be sold or shared in ways that bypass plan limits.
Subscriptions and billing
Paid plans renew monthly at the price shown during Stripe Checkout until canceled. The advertised seven-day Premium trial requires a payment method and converts to the selected paid plan unless canceled before the trial ends; a missing payment method prevents paid conversion. Prices, taxes, and limits are disclosed before purchase. Cancellation stops future renewals but does not automatically create a refund, and refund rights may vary where law requires otherwise.
User content
You retain ownership of notes, theses, prompts, validation plans, feedback, research inputs, and other content you submit. Orvanthis does not acquire ownership of your content. You remain responsible for its accuracy, legality, and your right to use it.
Account deletion and billing
Account deletion first attempts to cancel recurring Stripe subscriptions owned by that account and stops safely if billing cannot be reconciled. Stripe customer, payment, tax, and accounting records may remain subject to Stripe and legal retention.
Acceptable use
You may not misuse the service, interfere with security, scrape beyond allowed interfaces, reverse engineer restricted components, infringe rights, upload unlawful content, or present research outputs as guaranteed returns.
Third-party data and services
Availability and accuracy depend partly on third-party market data, news, AI, hosting, and payment providers. Coverage, entitlements, delays, and outages can vary.
Paper trading
The Paper Trading Simulator is an educational simulation with virtual funds. It does not connect to a brokerage or place real orders, and simulated fills and results may differ from real-world execution and returns.
Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided on an as-available basis to the extent permitted by law. Market losses, missed opportunities, data errors, and decisions made using the service remain risks borne by the user.
Suspension, termination, and changes
Access may be limited or terminated because of abuse, nonpayment, security risks, or legal requirements. Product features and terms may change with appropriate notice.
Governing law
This section requires qualified attorney review before a specific governing-law provision is adopted. Nothing in these Terms is intended to waive consumer protections or other rights that cannot lawfully be waived.
