1. Research and informational purposes only
Orvanthis is market-intelligence and investment-research software operated by Orvanthis LLC, an Indiana limited liability company. Its dashboards, Signals, Radar, Opportunities, source context, review states, tracked outcomes, historical context, and AI-assisted briefs are provided for research and informational purposes only. They are not instructions to transact.
2. No investment adviser, brokerage, or fiduciary relationship
Orvanthis is not a broker, broker-dealer, registered investment adviser, fiduciary, financial planner, securities exchange, execution platform, automated trading service, tax adviser, legal adviser, or accounting firm. Use of Orvanthis does not create a regulated advisory, brokerage, fiduciary, legal, tax, or accounting relationship.
3. No recommendation or solicitation
Nothing in Orvanthis is a personalized recommendation, solicitation, offer, or endorsement to buy, sell, hold, short, trade, or avoid a security or other asset. Research priority, directional context, confidence labels, opportunity scores, and validation status do not establish suitability for any user.
4. Independent verification required
Independently verify prices, timestamps, filings, company disclosures, news, liquidity, corporate actions, trading-session context, and all material facts with reliable primary or authoritative sources. Do not use Orvanthis as the sole basis for an investment or financial decision. Consult appropriately licensed professionals for advice about your circumstances.
5. AI-assisted analysis limitations
Explicit Analyst and brief-generation features may use an AI model to organize supplied context and produce structured research. AI output can be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, biased, internally inconsistent, or unsupported. It may omit important risks or invent a plausible-sounding detail. A source label or structured format does not make every sentence correct.
Review cited source context, identify unsupported claims, and confirm current evidence. Do not submit highly sensitive information to an AI feature.
6. Deterministic discovery and automated review
Orvanthis uses bounded automated systems to:
- identify market developments and potential research setups;
- rank research priority using defined product rules;
- identify evidence and validation gaps;
- review material changes in persisted research context;
- track completed outcomes when required data coverage exists; and
- provide sample-aware, bounded historical context.
These systems do not make the output personalized regulated advice. Provider failure does not reconfirm intelligence. Missing evidence remains missing. An LLM is not permitted to autonomously change the core ranking weights, review rules, or detector thresholds.
7. Market data limitations
Market data may be real-time, delayed, end-of-day, cached, stale, missing, revised, unavailable, or limited by provider coverage and entitlement. Orvanthis does not guarantee market-data accuracy, completeness, timeliness, or availability.
- Provider event time is not fetch time. A provider timestamp describes the source observation when supplied; fetch time describes when Orvanthis received it.
- Latest quote is not latest closed candle. A quote may update during a session while a closed candle represents a completed interval.
- Forming candles can change. High, low, close, and volume values are not final until the interval closes.
- Session movement is not a timed window. A session percentage should not be read as a measured five-, fifteen-, or sixty-minute move unless timed observations support that window.
- Coverage varies. Symbols, exchanges, asset classes, news, press releases, earnings, and historical periods may have different source coverage.
8. News and event context
News, press-release, and earnings metadata may be incomplete, delayed, duplicated, revised, or missing. Time-aligned news does not automatically establish causation. A headline near a market move does not prove that the event caused the move. Review the original article, release, filing, or issuer disclosure and evaluate alternative causes.
9. Signals and Opportunities
Signals
Signals are ranked research setups that may deserve review. They are part of the canonical persisted research queue and may include source, freshness, validation, and review context.
Opportunities
Opportunities are canonical setups that satisfy Orvanthis’s defined criteria for deeper research. Qualification means the setup cleared a deterministic research threshold; it does not mean the setup is verified, suitable, or likely to produce a return.
Neither label means buy, sell, hold, guaranteed opportunity, expected return, or suitability for a specific user. A setup can weaken, expire, lose source support, or fail to develop.
10. Historical context and outcome tracking
Orvanthis may evaluate completed tracked outcomes when the required source coverage and target window exist. Historical evidence is versioned, sample-aware, bounded, and separated from current intelligence. Insufficient or non-comparable samples produce no meaningful historical adjustment.
Historical context supports prioritization; it does not predict returns. Current evidence remains primary. Past performance and past setup behavior do not guarantee future results.
11. No guarantee
Orvanthis does not guarantee that research is accurate, a setup will strengthen, a validation condition will occur, a source will remain available, or any user will achieve a profit, avoid a loss, or obtain a particular outcome.
12. Risk of loss
Investing and trading can result in partial or total loss. Equities, crypto assets, options when referenced, leveraged products, volatile securities, and small-cap or low-liquidity instruments may involve rapid price changes, gaps, slippage, limited exits, counterparty or platform risk, and losses exceeding expectations. Mentioning an instrument does not mean Orvanthis supports every instrument, venue, strategy, or jurisdiction.
13. User responsibility
You are responsible for your research, source review, judgment, position sizing, risk controls, tax consequences, legal obligations, and decisions. Consider your objectives, experience, financial circumstances, time horizon, and capacity for loss with qualified professionals where appropriate.
14. Third-party services
Orvanthis depends on third-party hosting, AI, payment, market-data, analytics, email, news, and public-information services. Orvanthis does not control their data revisions, outages, entitlements, licensing, or content. A link or source reference is not an endorsement.
15. High-risk use restrictions
Do not use Orvanthis as an autonomous trading system, execution engine, sole risk control, emergency alerting system, or sole source for a decision where inaccurate or unavailable information could cause significant financial, legal, physical, or operational harm. Do not connect outputs to unattended trading or order execution.
